- bump debhelper compat to 14; replace dh-python with dh-sequence-python3
and add dh-sequence-single-binary to b-d
- drop the substvars, now applied automatically
- add pytest-trio to b-d, needed by tests
- drop pytest-asyncio, pytest-cov, trustme and uvicorn from b-d, not used
by tests; add h11, previously pulled in by uvicorn
- bump the versioned Depends on h11 to >= 0.16, as required by upstream
- drop Priority, optional is now the default
- update the features list in the long description, from upstream README
- bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4.1 (no further changes needed)

- drop --with python3, replaced by dh-sequence-python3
- run the whole test suite; the excluded tests now pass or no longer exist
- drop the .coverage removal, pytest-cov is no longer used
* debian/patches/PR1000-fix-max-keepalive.patch
- backport upstream fix for idle connections being closed before
max_keepalive_connections is reached; patch by Krzysztof Błażewicz
* debian/patches/tests-add-markers-trio.patch
- remove, the trio marker is now registered by pytest-trio

- remove, egg-info is no longer generated since the switch to hatchling

- switch to version 5, using the GitHub template
