- remove, replaced by linking against the system llhttp
* debian/patches/use-system-llhttp.patch
- build the parser against the system libllhttp instead of a vendored
copy; it now uses llhttp 9.4.3, which fixes CVE-2024-27982
* debian/patches/examples-python3-shebang.patch
- use python3 in the shebang of the examples, now executable
* debian/control
- bump debhelper compat to 14; add dh-sequence-python3 and
dh-sequence-single-binary to b-d, replacing dh-python
- add libllhttp-dev to b-d, for use-system-llhttp.patch
- add pybuild-plugin-pyproject to b-d, to build via pyproject.toml
- drop urllib3 from b-d, no longer needed
- mark certifi and gevent b-d as <!nocheck>, only the tests need them
- drop the substvars, now applied automatically
- add Breaks on locust << 2.46.6-3~, which needs a fix for the renamed
redirect_response_codes attribute
- drop Priority, optional is now the default
- update Homepage to the new upstream location
- update the description: the parser is now llhttp; mention the
requests-compatible interface
- bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4.1 (no further changes needed)

- enable all hardening flags, adding bindnow to the extension
- drop --with python3, replaced by dh-sequence-python3
- drop override_dh_installexamples, it installed the examples a second
time in a nested examples/ directory
