* debian/control:
- Added dh-sequence-single-binary to the Build-Depends field to
explicitly enable the single-binary addon.
- Added libmaxminddb-dev to the Build-Depends field.
- Bumped DH level to 14.
- Bumped Standards-Version to 4.7.4.
- Priority field removed. Since is now set to "optional" by default, as
such the field was redundant.
- Rules-Requires-Root field removed. Since is now set to "no" by default,
as such the field was redundant.
* debian/copyright: several updates.
* debian/docs: added extra docs.
* debian/install: added to install renamed binary files.
* debian/manpages:
- Added path to renamed manpage.
- Removed old comment.
* debian/patches/:
- 010_new-name-adjustments.patch: updated.
- 020_disable-few-tests.patch: updated.
* debian/rules:
- Added the renaming of the manpage to the override_dh_auto_install block.
- Removed override_dh_installman block.
- Switched from work on dest dirs to work on tmp dirs.
* debian/source/lintian-overrides: removed, not needed anymore.
* debian/tests/control: disabled a test and added a dependency due to some
issues with geoip databases.
* debian/watch: converted to version 5.
