* Add u2-expression-hang-fix.patch: Mark hanging Maxima integration doctest
as not tested (upstream issue #39569).
* debian/rules: Mark standard targets as .PHONY with explicit recipe to
prevent GNU Make from skipping build due to upstream build/ directory.
* debian/rules, debian/tests/doctest: Pass --force-lib to prevent
spurious on-the-fly recompilation of sage.ext extensions during doctests.
* debian/tests/control: Add meson, ninja-build, gfortran, and singular-doc
to test dependencies for inline Fortran and Singular info lookup.
* debian/control.runtime-depends: Add libhighs-dev.
* Add u2-highs-doctest-tag.patch: Tag highs_backend with doctest requirement.
* Add u2-sageinspect-buildpath-fallback.patch: Fall back to SAGE_SRC and
sage.__path__ in sageinspect for non-existent reproducible build paths.
* Add u2-python-3.15-doctest-compat.patch: Update doctest expectations for
Python 3.15 error messages and allow IPython interactive banner.
* Add d0-maxima-5.50-doctest-compat.patch: Update doctest expectations for
Maxima 5.50 evaluations, CAS representations, unconditioned geometric
series divergence to und, and direct definite integration.
* Add d0-default-mip-solver-glpk.patch: Prefer GLPK over HiGHS as default
MILP solver to prevent HiGHS 1.14.0 aborts on combinatorial models.
* Add u2-pari-ntl-coeff-macro.patch: Avoid coeff macro collision between
PARI 2.19 and NTL in Cython generated C++ wrappers.
* Add u2-pari-2.19-compat.patch: Support PARI 2.19 syntax changes and doctest
expectations including bdd_height.py ideal generator sign,
elliptic_curves tutorial L-function evaluation, and matrix2.pyx mateigen
zero real pivot error.
* Add u2-hyperellcharpoly-pari-fallback.patch: Fallback to cardinalities in
frobenius_polynomial_pari on PariError or SignalError due to PARI 2.19 bug #2703.
* Update doctests for cypari2 2.2.6 128-bit default real precision:
- Add u2-pari-tests-128bit-precision.patch
- Add u2-pari-conversions-128bit-precision.patch: update doctests in
sage/libs/pari, matrix2.pyx, and doc constructions/developer.
