Expand them into arch-bits/arch-tagged entries and add the OMP_6.0 versioned symbols to libomp5. * Generate the git-clang-format and run-clang-tidy manpages from the source scripts, they were empty. * d/NEWS: use a version that exists in the changelog. * d/copyright: add the missing License field and the BSD-3-Clause text. * Drop the lldb postinst, which only called ldconfig. * Use debhelper-compat instead of debian/compat. * Refresh and extend the lintian overrides. * Stop building libc++1, libc++abi1, libomp5 and llvm-libunwind1 on forky, they are now built by LLVM 23.
