* Fix runtime dependency: jack uses Pillow (PIL) for album art, so
depend on python3-pil instead of python3-willow.
* Add python3-libdiscid to Depends: jack requires it at runtime, but it
was only pulled in via py3dist-overrides when libdiscid was not
importable at build time, which depended on the build environment.
* Only cdparanoia is supported for ripping now, so drop the obsolete
icedax alternative from Depends.
