* Do not stop resolving the dependencies of a test at a dependency that does
not return a value or that is larger than the test
* Use the fully qualified name of the test class in the code of the child
process of a test that runs in process isolation, so that a namespace that
begins with a name this code imports does not break the child process

or a value returned by a test it depends on cannot be serialized, instead
of aborting the test run
* Log the start of a test that errors or is skipped before it is prepared in
the Open Test Reporting XML logfile, and do not lose the end of the test
that is run after it
* Check that the start, report, and finish events in Open Test Reporting XML
logfiles produced by end-to-end tests form a properly nested tree

process isolation, so that their outcome is only reported once, as the
outcome of the test
* Report an issue that is triggered before a test is prepared, for instance in
a before-test method, for that test in the Open Test Reporting XML logfile
* Prepare release
