   * debian/control
     - drop Priority, optional is now the default
     - bump debhelper compat to 14; add dh-sequence-single-binary to b-d
     - drop ${misc:Depends}, now applied automatically
     - bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4.1 (no further changes needed)
     - update Homepage, www.tldp.org now redirects to tldp.org
   * debian/copyright
     - update Source to the current https location
     - extend packaging copyright years
   * debian/rules
     - fix the unescaping of "&amp;" in the examples; "&" in a sed replacement
       stands for the matched text, so "&amp;" was left in place
     - unescape also the examples missing from the upstream README list, like
       read-redir.sh, whose "<" redirections were installed as "&lt;"
     - convert the HTML documentation from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8
     - make the bashrc example non-executable, it's meant to be sourced
   * debian/abs-guide.lintian-overrides
     - update to the current overrides syntax, with the path in brackets
     - drop insertion-sort.bash, its syntax errors were the escaped "&&"
