* debian/control: bump Breaks to golang-opentelemetry-contrib-dev
(<< 1.46.0~). contrib 1.43 does not build against otel 1.46, the
otel/log API changed in 1.45. The bound could not be raised in
1.46.0-1: golang-google-grpc-dev depends on contrib-dev, so it would
have made contrib 1.46 unbuildable, the same way 1.43.0-4 waited for
contrib 1.43.
* debian/rules: load the golang sequence again with --with=golang. Since
dh-go 1.68 no longer declares Provides: dh-sequence-golang, plain
"dh $@" silently skipped dh_golang while the buildsystem was still
autodetected, so the build looked correct.
* debian/rules: build and test every module of the repository via
DH_GOLANG_BUILDPKG. A module-aware go list only enumerates the main
module, so 1.46.0-2 built and tested 29 packages instead of 125: the
submodules carrying their own go.mod (sdk, sdk/metric, sdk/log, log,
exporters/*) were silently left out.
* debian/rules: restore DH_GOLANG_EXCLUDES, so the -dev package installs
the same files it did before the switch to dh-go. 1.46.0-2 shipped
bridge/opencensus, bridge/opentracing, exporters/zipkin and
internal/tools, whose dependencies are not in Depends.
* debian/patches: add drop-auto-sdk-module-requirement.patch. Dropping
the require and its go.sum entries is needed because dh-go validates
the workspace with "go list -m all", which resolves the whole module
graph and fails on go.opentelemetry.io/auto/sdk, not packaged in
Debian. disable-sdk-auto.patch only comments out the import.
* debian/source/lintian-overrides: override
missing-build-dependency-for-dh-addon, which cannot be satisfied
because dh-go conflicts with dh-golang.
* debian/rules: name the binary package in the dh_fixperms override. The
find ran over debian/$(SOURCE_NAME), a variable that is never set, so it
walked debian/ and dropped the executable bit from debian/rules itself.
