- High Availability: Added cluster topology auto-discovery for Galera,
Group Replication and Replicas.
- MCP server: Hardened JSON-RPC 2.0 error handling and SSE transport,
plus new AI diagnostic skills (buffer pool, replication lag, fragmented
tables).
- Issue triage: Added autonomous issue triage & diagnostic engine with
upstream synchronization.
- Versions: Added MariaDB 13.0 and MySQL 26.7 (short-term releases) to
supported version validation.
- Bug Fixes: Fixed false "TLS/SSL is disabled" on MySQL 8.4+/9.x,
surface real mysql client login errors, avoid retrying credentials with
explicit --pass/--login-path, and fixed hardware RAID detection when a
directory entry named 0 is present.
* Refreshed the package description in debian/control to reflect the
current feature set (weighted health score, capacity planning, TLS audit,
HA cluster support, performance schema, CVE checks, MCP server).
* Added an autopkgtest smoke test (debian/tests) that runs mysqltuner --help.
* Restore releases/*.md after running the test suite: unit_release_gen.t
regenerates the release notes, which would otherwise dirty the source tree.
* Add libjson-perl to Build-Depends: some unit tests (unit_agent_json.t,
unit_outputfile_json.t) require the JSON module.
* Also skip host/environment-dependent upstream tests during the build
(cli_validation, syslog_journal_detection, test_issue_42, test_issue_490,
test_issue_896, unit_os_vm) because they fail in isolated build
environments (they need a MySQL client, systemd/journald, or specific
host/VM state); the upstream fix (major/MySQLTuner-perl#988) is not
effective in v2.9.3.
