* Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
- drop unused/unneeded: kirigami-addons-dev, libkf6config-dev,
libkf6configwidgets-dev, libkirigami-dev, libphonon4qt6-dev, and
libphonon4qt6experimental-dev
* Modernize building:
- add the dh-sequence-kf6 build dependency to use the kf6 addon
automatically, removing pkg-kde-tools
- drop all the manually specified addons and buildsystem for dh
* Bump the debhelper compatibility to 14:
- bump the debhelper-compat build dependency to 14
- drop the ${shlibs:Depends}, and ${misc:Depends} substvars
- add the dh-sequence-single-binary build dependency, as there is only
a single binary
- rename debian/lintian-overrides to debian/blinken.lintian-overrides so
it is still used
* Use execute_after_dh_auto_install to avoid invoking dh_auto_install
manually.
