* Convert watch file to v5.
* Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
- drop unused/unneeded: libkf6kio-dev, libkf6wallet-dev, libphonon4qt6-dev,
libphonon4qt6experimental-dev, libqca-qt6-dev, pkgconf, and zlib1g-dev
* Modernize building:
- drop the pkg-kde-tools build dependency, as there is dh-sequence-kf6
- drop all the manually specified addons and buildsystem for dh
* Bump the debhelper compatibility to 14:
- bump the debhelper-compat build dependency to 14
- drop the ${shlibs:Depends}, and ${misc:Depends} substvars
- add the dh-sequence-single-binary build dependency, as there is only
a single binary
* Drop the removal of development files, as they are no more shipped.
* Cleanup copyright from the iris/jabber sources removed in the past.
* Drop no more needed lintian overrides.
