* Release version 1.0.0 as Debcraft is now considered ready for wider adoption
* Add 'tenacious' as the new default Ubuntu development release
* Include orig tarball in release uploads with --with-binaries
* If needed, download orig tarball on the host before container starts
* Add a new autopkgtest that runs `debcraft build entr`
* Build --copy using Podman overlays, with a shared git clone fallback
* Additionally do a lot of small bugfixes and polish:
- Refactor the branch check in `debcraft improve` to run earlier
- Make Debhelper version check compatible with both '(=13)' or '(= 13)'
- Be explicit about this being a native package in gbp.conf
- Update README.md to match current state of project
- List 'update' in the error message for a missing argument
- Clean away unnecessary / commented out sections
- Drop diffoscope timeout to 2 minutes
- Allow running `debcraft improve` on the Debian branch but with warning
- Refactor how existing orig tarball is reused inside the container
- Extend tests to include testing orig tarball download and reuse
- Test both --copy code paths in the test suite
- Ensure Bash completion matches current commands and arguments
- Ensure --help descriptions match current commands and arguments
- Update README to match current behavior and features
