* Upgrade upstream signing key to new packet format.
* Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
- bump Qt packages to 6.9.0
- bump KF packages to 6.24.0
* Bump the debhelper compatibility to 14:
- bump the debhelper-compat build dependency to 14
- drop the ${shlibs:Depends}, ${qml6:Depends}, and ${misc:Depends} substvars
- add the dh-sequence-single-binary build dependency, as there is only
a single binary
* Drop the pkg-kde-tools build dependency, not explicitly needed because of
dh-sequence-kf6, etc.
* Add newly introduced internal QML modules to debian/qmldeps.overrides.
* Update copyright.
