     + Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4; drop redundant Priority and

     + Use debhelper-compat (= 14), dropping debian/compat and the
       now-automatic ${misc:Depends} and ${shlibs:Depends}; move the
       description to the source stanza.
     + Suggest ntpsec-ntpdig instead of ntpdate. (Closes: #1117155)
     + Update Homepage to the working HTTPS ibiblio address.
   * debian/rules, debian/clean: Clean generated files directly instead of
     invoking make after dh_autoreconf_clean, and build only the executable
     to preserve the distributed adjtimex.lsm. (Closes: #1043613, #1049549)
   * debian/rules: Keep the systemd service from starting during installation
     and explicitly disable the unused single-binary addon.
   * debian/docs: Rename to debian/adjtimex.docs.
   * debian/copyright: Replace Site with Source pointing to the original
     1.29 tarball preserved in Debian, and document its provenance.
   * debian/watch: Convert to version 5 and keep tracking the historical
     ibiblio release site.
   * debian/patches:
     + 13-support-ntpsec-ntpdig.patch: Prefer NTPsec ntpdig for --host,
       use its synchronization distance as the reference time uncertainty,
       and retain classic ntpdate as a fallback. Pass hostnames as single
       operands, check query exit status, and document the two clients.

   * debian/po/pl.po: Convert from ISO-8859-2 to UTF-8.
   * debian/po/ca.po: Include the pending Catalan debconf translation.
