* Remove Russian as alternative language for Belarusian
* Change the definition of "C". We now set the country.
* Console font changes:
- Bosnian: replace lat2-sun16 by ter-v16f
- Georgian: use the ka8x16thin font for the console
- Turkish: replace ter-916f by ter-v16f
* Add Khmer localized language name

* Save some space by using tab to indent.
* Set language for d-i to 'en' when locale C is selected to make sure all
questions are "translated" to English instead of showing codes.
* Don't prematurely exit localechooser script when locale C is selected.
* Don't ask for additional locales when locale C is selected as we are not
installing the locales package.
* Improvements in script consistency and comments.
