Usage is with --arch <arch> --cross-compile -. + ruleset/misc/defaults.mk: Set CROSS_COMPILE="" if it is '-'. + ruleset/common/archvars.mk: Don't override DEB_HOST_* if CROSS_COMPILE='-'.
