- usb-kbd.c: several fixes:
- Fix recognition of usb keyboards (actually add to and return the list)
- Add recognition of usb keyboards behind an usbhid
- Display AT-keymaps for usb keyboards on i386 and powerpc (prep & chrp)
- Added some debug output to help trace problems; can be cleaned later
- Some whitespace cleanup
This fixes #280122, but for now d-i will still display misleading
dialogs: "AT keymaps" for USB keyboards.
- kbd-chooser.c:
- Fix checks to see if no-keyboard option should be added
- Add functions to avoid double entries in arch selection dialog
- at-kbd.c: minor correction in comments

- Ask keymap question at critical priority. Experience from Ubuntu
suggests that trying to skip this question creates too many problems
in the long run even if you're trying to present a reduced-questions
installation.
