[ James Westby ] * changelog.py - Add max_blocks parameter to Changelog constructor. This limits the number of blocks that will be parsed to that number. If you only need the latest entry then pass max_blocks=1 and you will only have one block. This is also useful to avoid trying to parse old changelog entries that don't follow the current format.
