* debconf-gettextize: Add a --choices flag to generate __Choices fields
in the master template file.
* doc/po-debconf.7.pod: Explain how this flag can be used to replace
_Choices by __Choices (and vice-versa) without losing translations.
* Drop debian/README.Debian which was obsolete.
