Patches can be undone by just undefining ARB. * I did not apply the patch of the ARB version which wrapped isdigit by by rs_isdigit in readseq.c. * Declared in README.Debian that this is the packaged version 1 of readseq by certain reasons. Because I really need this version I close the "new version available" bug. If somebody really wants the new version please file an RFP bug against wnpp. Make sure to read /usr/share/doc/readseq/README.Debian before. closes: #43372 * Added URL to the package description because I consider this as "good style" to have an upstream link without installing the package. * Install Readseq.help as NCBI Vibrant Toolkit compatible helpfile instead of just putting it just into /usr/share/doc/readseq.
