* Add watch file.
* Ship rtupdate file, doh; previous installations that went through a
default python runtime change are not affected since the .pc files have
the same name for python2.3 and python2.4.
* Move examples to the Debian location via dh_install as well.
* Remove now useless *.dirs / dh_installdirs.
* Switch to pysupport as pycentral can't exclude the examples dir from byte
compilation.
