* The "clean out the corners" release
* All stuff dealing with pre-woody versions of the package is
removed from the maintainers scripts
* Minor cleaning/rewrite in maintainer scripts
* geneweb.preinst:
Removed because now useless
* gwtp.postrm:
Removed because now useless
* debian/po2debconf, debian/intltool-merge:
Removed. We now use the official versions as we don't really need
the partial translation trick anymore as iso-codes is well
translated.
