.
* debian/dictionaries-common.config-base:
- Do not rely on obsolete dictionaries-common owned manual entry
- Added an additional fallback mechanism in case no item is found
for language or for english. This should avoid debconf question
being critical unless something weird happens.
- Added some comments for the code.
- Cosmetic changes.
