dwww (1.10.12) unstable; urgency=medium

* dwww-build-menu, dwww-index++: don't parse /var/lib/dwww/menu-methods
compatibility dir. This means that support for old method of registering
docs with dwww is efectivelly dropped (however update-menus still is
used until doc-base switches to call dwww-update-menu directly).
* dwww-build-menu(8): updated for the above change.
* dwww.preinst: run background building of dwww pages in a new session to
avoid apt bug#463030.
* dwww-cache.c: print real help message.
* dwww-refresh-case: also clean temporary dirs left by dwww-build and
dwww-build-menu.
