.
* The post-etch cleanup release.
* Cut debian/rules down to the bare minimum.
* Let dh_* create the standard paragraphs in postinst/postrm.
* Drop support for upgrades from versions that predate oldstable
(the checks for /etc/rc.boot in particular).
* Add lintian overrides for the /var/tmp/vi.recover handling in
the maintainer scripts.
