+ bz71_fix_Arabic_LC_MESSAGES.diff
In ar_EG, set yesexpr/noexpr to include [Yy] and [Nn]. Replace
LC_MESSAGES for all other Arabic locales to copy ar_EG instead.

+ bz811_fix_zh_CN_date_fmt.diff
Fix date_fmt, provided by Mike FABIAN <mfabian at suse de>.
+ mandriva_new_locales.diff
Mandriva ships the following locales: fur_IT, fy_DE, fy_NL, ik_CA,
iu_CA, ku_TR, ky_KG, li_NL, nds_DE, ph_PH and sc_IT. Patches by
Pablo Saratxaga <pablo at mandrakesoft com>.

A fix has been committed upstream into charmaps/WINDOWS-31J.
+ name_Taiwan_neutral.diff
Replace 'Taiwan R.O.C' by the less controversial 'Taiwan' name.
