* New watch file.
* Added the location of the Subversion repo used for the packages.
* Make references to Debian, system neutral.
* Change upstream URL to point to the downloading dir instead of the

* debian/rules:
- Do not use a build stamp file.
- Use CURDIR instead of pwd.
- Remove useless comments.
* Update debian/patch.mk, provide a patch target.
* Updated manpage.
* Fix upstream mail address.
* Moved setting suid root bit from postinst to package build time.
* Use new dh_installman instead of deprecated dh_installmanpages.
- debian/manpages: New file.
* Fix insecure creation of temporary file [CAN-2003-0014].
