   * New upstream release.
   * Added Japanese debconf translation (thanks, Hideki Yamane;
     closes: #258781).
   * Added Polish debconf translation (thanks, Bartosz Fenski;
     closes: #281960).
   * Removed fix for https in FAQ::Omatic::maintenance as it was merged
     upstream and is no longer needed.
   * Changed FAQ::Omatic::maintenance to require IO::Socket::SSL
     instead of `use' it, left libio-socket-ssl-perl in Recommends:
     (closes: #271774).
   * Tweaked debian/rules `clean' target to remove Makefile.old and
     TAGS file.
   * Added Polish translation to FOM from CVS (thanks again, Bartosz
     Fenski and Zelena Endre).
   * Reworked installer to write configuration parameters for cron
     maintenance job to a file instead of writing the actual job to
     www-data's crontab.  The maintenance job is now installed by dpkg
     into /etc/cron.d/faqomatic (closes: #271776).
   * Extended debian/postrm so that downgrading to versions using old
     cron job setup, (<= 2.719-3) causes FOM installer to tell user to
     reinstall the cron job.
   * Checked for 3.6.1 policy compliance.
