The user still has the possibility to insert the correct CDROM (not the CDROM drive) before having to deal with a shell. Now it is possible to enter a shell by pressing "s" instead of any other key, so everybody should be happy. If there is a problem, it can be diagnosed by explicitely requesting a shell.
