* Use setlocale() and isprint() instead of hardcoding the printability
rules for the iso-8859 series. This should make hextype perform
betteron utf-8 terminals. It may cause surprises for people who
are using latin-1 terminals in the "C" locale (they will no longer
see latin-1 characters in the third column).
Fix inspired by bug#186993.
* hextype.1: Mention locale setting.
* hextype.1: Changed reference to /proc/self/fd/0 to /dev/stdin.
