support and debian autotools support, bring in the README files from
each library (libklib, librl, and libsial)
* Included ps.sial example in lcrash-dev doc install
* Added lcrash-dev.docs
* Added missing entries and tightened up debian/copyright
* Removed libdwarf-dev from Recommends in debian/control
* Some minor spelling changes in debian/control and debian/copyright
* Changed debian/control to Suggests: ksymoops instead of Recommends:
* Changed debian/control to have Priority: extra instead of optional
* Changed debian/rules clean target to use make clobber instead of distclean
* Initial Release of lcrash as it's own package, it was part of the
lkcdutils package.
