* New upstream version.
* Added notes about the usage of the Phidgets to README.Debian.
* Added adduser to dependencies of libphidgets0.
* Now creates a system group (adduser --system).
* Improved conffile handling. The group is now defined/stored in
/etc/default/libphidgets, ucf handles the file.
* Added handling for renaming of the group during reconfiguration.
* Now uses a state machine and allows backing up with debconf.
* Removed untranslateable templates from debconf.
* Updated French translations (thanks to Christian Perrier and the French
translation team).
* Added German debconf translations.
