* Move manpages to the correct section
* Create gzipped manpage for mcvs-upgrade
* Remove superfluous Build-Depends already depended on by clisp
* Set architecture back to "any"; in theory Meta-CVS should work on all
architectures. Let's not try to hide the shortcomings of clisp (as
documented in bug #200400)
