* doc/usermanual.xml:
- Added lots of id tags to elements, for use by the FAQ. (branden)
* examples/configlets/S99unconfigured:
- Only reconfigure xserver-{common,xfree86} if /etc/configlet/configure-x
exists. Also, use the dialog frontend and only show "high" priority
questions. (branden)
- If the X server fails, pop up a dialog explaining things. (branden)
* examples/configlets/extra_packages:
- Add gnome-session, because gdm tries to use it without depending on it.

- Delete aptconf (and python-xml, which it uses). It's only in unstable,
and we're ratcheting the official configlets example back to woody.

* examples/configlets/gnome-tasksel_overrides:
- Removed this file. It is auto-generated; we don't need it in the

* examples/configlets/sources.list.disk:
- Use "woody" instead of "unstable". (branden)
* examples/configlets/unwanted_packages:
- Comment out exim. We'd *LIKE* to get rid of it, but it's too difficult
with the version of gnome-tasksel we have in woody. Plus, exim is the
officially canonized Standard Debian MTA, as hideous as that sounds. If
people howl at us, we know who to direct them to. (branden)
* examples/configlets/options:
- Set the SUITE back to woody. (branden)
* examples/configlets/postinst.sh:
- If 1) we're using the textmode interface; or 2) we fell back to the
textmode interface; or 3) we're running the X server on a remote display
touch the file /etc/xinitrc-pgi on the target filesystem so that Stage 2
knows to configure the local X server. (branden)
* pgi-build:
- Sanitize the $VENDOR variable of commas, since mkisofs doesn't
like them. Addresses Bugzilla#1089. (branden)
* images/ia64/Makefile:
- Comment out creation of install.nsh. It doesn't work yet, and we
document direct usage of elilo in the manual anyway. (branden)
