* Applied a patch from the upstream author to backport a few important
changes from 2.0.5.
Among others the patch contains fixes for two critical bugs:
+ memory corruption in image data storage,
+ segfault on shared memory freeing at the time of AS restarting.

* afterstep/wharf: Eterm does not understand `-sh' option, also it uses
`-f', `-b' (not `-fg', `-bg') for specifying its foreground and background
colors.
