    d/systemd: allow ReadWritePaths to not exist
    
    The log target may be changed, and `mod_cache_disk` as well as `apache-htcacheclean.service` may be disabled, in which case `/var/log/apache2` and `/var/cache/apache2/mod_cache_disk` may not exist.
    
    This must not prevent the systemd unit to fail, hence the `-` prefix is added to both `ReadWritePaths` directives.
