Fix the version number (2.49)
No git snapshot now that there is a released version.
Drop the beta part, because it is really a proper version
(which happens to be a beta of a future stable;
I originally misunderstood the meaning of "beta").

Add patch to correctly install the MIME type integration
The patch comes from the FreeBSD packaging.
It looks like this behavior regressed from kdelibs 4.x, where
it was patched, but the patch did not land on the Frameworks-based
branch.
Also, really install the MIME file.
