The removal of biomaj3-core will also cause the removal of (transitive) reverse dependencies: biomaj3, biomaj3-cli, biomaj3-daemon, biomaj3-download, biomaj3-process, biomaj3-user. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
Standards version of the package is outdated.
