src/modules/frontend/text/text.c: Default to horizontal numbering
The text frontend is essentially used with speech synthesis, for which the
horizontal numbering is necessary to hear items in the proper order.
DEBCONF_TEXT_HORIZ=0 can still be used to revert to vertical numbering.
