this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

Remove support for Pyton 3.8 and older
Python 3.6 and 3.7 are not supported any of active stable branches now,
so no longer need to be supported.
Also remove Python 3.8 support according to [1].

Introduce lio-barbican-py311 job
As of Flamingo, the lio-barbican job does not run
successfully on CentOS 9 because the version of Python
is too old. Use Python 3.11 for Flamingo+.

Introduce lvm-fips py3.11 job
Older releases run successfully on the standard centos9
configuration, for 2025.2 and forward, use python 3.11.
