vcswatch reports that
this package seems to have new commits in its VCS but has
not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

cinnamon-desktop-environment: Recommend zoitechat instead of hexchat
I don't believe hexchat is returning to Testing.
Alternative recommends or depends don't work for metapackages
for people upgrading from older Debian releases. It means
users will have the older app installed and receive zero
Debian support for that app if it is not available in the
current Debian series
