Update translations to have "MariaDB/MySQL"
Update all translations with "MariaDB/MySQL" instead of the previous
"MySQL". Do not mark the translations as fuzzy, as we can be fairly
certain that the change in a name will not change the meaning of the
translation. The sentence structure is still the same as before.
Also the new string to all translations:
mysql_native_password - native password authentication (no plugin)
Don't mark the translations fuzzy because of the above, as it does not
materially change the translation and showing this section in English to
all users despite just one word being slightly different would make the
user experience needlessly bad.
Additionally populate the `Report-Msgid-Bugs-To` field in the Romanian
translation so that `debconf-updatepo` runs won't produce extra noise
by modifying the field and date for the file.

Rename package dbconfig-mysql to dbconfig-mariadb
Rename the package `dbconfig-mysql` to `dbconfig-mariadb` to better
reflect the current ecosystem and align with the default database
implementation.
To ensure smooth upgrades and backward compatibility for packages that
depend on the old name, the new package now:
- Provides: dbconfig-mysql
- Replaces: dbconfig-mysql
- Conflicts: dbconfig-mysql
Update references in `Suggests` and `Conflicts` lists for
`dbconfig-common` and `dbconfig-no-thanks` to point to the new package
name.
Additionally, update the package description, Debconf templates and
internal error messages to use "MariaDB/MySQL". This ensures consistency
with the package rename and avoids confusion, as MariaDB is the default
variant in Debian.
Also:
- Clarify description for mysql_native_password
- Rename `debian/dbconfig-mysql.links` to
`debian/dbconfig-mariadb.links` and add a symlink for `dbc-mariadb`
while preserving `dbc-mysql` for backwards compatibility.
- Update test dependencies in `debian/tests/control` to use
`dbconfig-mariadb`.
- Update sanity check error message in `internal/common` to suggest
installing `dbconfig-mariadb` instead of the obsolete package name
when the client is missing.
