    Add libecore-dev as an alternative to libefl-all-dev in Build-Depends.
    
    Some architectures in Debian (e.g. sparc64) still have libecore-dev instead
    of libefl-all-dev which is the reason why dbus-c++ does currently not build
    on those architectures.
