    Add icons/ddd.png
    
    Adds PNG versions of the DDD icon into debian/additions,
    and adds a line in debian/rules to copy them in place at build-time.
    
    The icons/ddd.xpm from is:
    icons/ddd.xpm: X pixmap image text, 48 x 48 x 8, 1 chars/pixel
    which ImageMagick fails to convert.
    
    However upstream introduced a 48x48 pixel PNG version in
    commit b7986748a7a7de04c58b01aeb68857125fc3d72d

    The new debian/additions/ddd.48x48.png is that file.
    
    Later, upstream added a 128x128 version of icons/ddd.xpm in
    commit 7a12ce0ecf85ce5acb6dd5be9fd9893472737fb4

    And ImageMagick convert works fine on this version.
    The new file debian/additions/ddd.128x128.png is the output of that version.
    
    In debian/rules, the 128x128 version is used to create the icons/ddd.png
    prior to the build.
