Add an example of Vcs-* usage
With the illustration visible it is much easier for a new maintainer to read
and grasp the definition of what syntax is allowed and what it means.

Fix missing word in 10.1 & upgrading checklist
Automatic checks made by the Debian l10n team found some issues with the translations contained in this package. You should check the l10n status report for more information.
