Fix po.zh-cn: s/zh-cmn-Hans/zh-cn/
This is an empirical fix by updating msgstr value to zh-cn (coresponding
msgid seems to be taken from <book ...xml:lang="en">) to prevent noisy
warnings while building the Simplified Mandarin Chinese PDF:

For "Language Tags and Locale Identifiers for the World Wide Web", see
* https://www.w3.org/TR/ltli/
* https://www.w3.org/International/articles/language-tags/
According to these, setting "zh-Hans" for "zh-cn" and "zh-Hant" for
"zh-tw" seem to be right choices respecting existance of non-Mandarin
chinese languages.
It seems the current TeX tool chain is compatible with the old
fashioned "language+region" tag instead of language+script" one.
So I am setting this to "language+region" tag here. This prevents noisy
warnings.
