Fix include path in mixed-flags autopkgtest
The test compiled without -I/usr/include/eigen3, so it failed with
"Eigen/Core: No such file or directory" instead of exercising the bug.
Get the include path from pkgconf, as the package ships eigen3.pc.

Fix crashes when linking objects built with different flags
Eigen's aligned_malloc(), aligned_free() and aligned_realloc() are inline
functions whose bodies the preprocessor selects from
EIGEN_MALLOC_ALREADY_ALIGNED and EIGEN_DEFAULT_ALIGN_BYTES, both of which
follow -mavx & friends. Objects built with different flags end up with
incompatible weak copies and crash when linked together, either aborting in
free() or segfaulting on an over-aligned AVX load.
Always use Eigen's own allocator with a fixed per-architecture alignment, and
add an autopkgtest linking a baseline shared library against an application
built with a wider instruction set.
