Update standards version to 4.4.1 (no changes)
Version 4.1.4 of the standards included the following change
4.9
The "get-orig-source" rules target has been removed. Packages
should transition to "debian/watch" and use uscan where possible.
but this target is kept for now, since it is used to checkout a subdir
of the large google fonts directory via subversion and there does not
seem to be any easy way to do this using a debian/watch file.

Remove fontfix patches and run with upstream
The issues fixed was minor and not really relevant for the end user,
upstream has been notified of the patch previously and again recently.
Also delete unused makefiles patch.

Adapt build & install to TTF as source
Use the TTF file as supplied by the google fonts repo as the source, and
build otf files from that in case someone relies on them being there
since before.

* Use export via SVN in order to get just the Play font subdirectory and
not cloning the whole 232MB font repo
* Don't try to set version automatically, but use the one defined in the

Relicense debian/ from GPL-3+ to Expat
It makes sense to license the patches applying to the font sources
with a license that is OFL-1.1 compatible, Expat is one which I
like, and I'm currently the sole copyright holder, ergo done.
