ada: compute the alihash with crc32 instead of xor
Xor is wrong when arguments are often repeated.
It ignores those listed an even count of times.

ada: check the alihash in binary-ada.mk, report mismatches as source diffs
Also compute the hash only once, and pass it via
debian/$(p_gnat_n).substvars so that rules2 contains less ada stuff.
